Salon Policies

Pertaining to hair appointments, there will be no refunds.

However, when it comes to our boutique items, you will have 7 days of exchanging your item. With receipt upon arrival. We inspect all our products and everything on our shelves was made and ready for you to take home! 

If you need to cancel your appointment please do so within 48 hours of your appointment. If you cancel on the same day, you will be charged a $75 fee. We understand emergencies happen, please give us the courtesy of letting us know in a timely manner.

All clients that no call or no show will be charged a 100% of their booked service. If you chose to book in the future that balance must be paid.

If you are later than 15 minutes to your appointment this will result in a reschedule of appointment. We respect your time, so please respect ours.
