Salon Policies

HM Hair Bar requires all new clients to have a card on file and a $50 deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your appointment and is non-refundable.

We kindly request a 48-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us the opportunity to offer your spot to another client. Please note that if we do not receive a cancellation or rescheduling within this time frame, a charge of 50% of the scheduled service will apply.

All clients that no call or no show will be charged a 100% of their booked service. If you chose to book in the future that balance must be paid off before booking.

If you are later than 15 minutes to your appointment this will result in a reschedule of appointment. 

Please note that we do not offer refunds for services rendered in the salon or for any retail or boutique purchases.

If you are dissatisfied with a service, we are happy to offer a complimentary consultation to address your concerns. 

Please contact us within 5 days of your original appointment to schedule said consultation. After the consultation we can discuss possible solutions and next steps.
